OK, I played around with the logos that the designer came up with and this is what I made. Feel free to be highly critical and tell me it sucks if you think so. This not a final draft, but just my idea of the general design.

not bad...the capital O and C seem not quite right for some reason, maybe keep it all in the same script..the gold portion of the badge seems to plain. actually, i guess i hate the whole damn thing jonesie....j/k, hehehe, im certainly no art major, just my two cents..

looks cool....maybe make Dep Sher Assoc smaller font? can Ottawa fit in the left corner and then County right across it? just my 3 cents. cya
