FMLA Do you or dont you? Please review again.
We continue to work with the county on changing insurance issues to get you the best insurance possible. After a long look at FMLA it does appear in most cases you will need to file the paper work the county requests. Doing so will only get the clock running on your 12 weeks a year you get. The county uses a rolling calendar to figure your 12 weeks. This is the fairest way to hand out FMLA time. Most people will not be impacted by signing the paper work. Any questions please contact an E-board member.
